The Human Resources Department at Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University seeks to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the human element in the university and to implement planning and development policies to ensure the improvement of its efficiency and increase its effectiveness in a way that serves the development goals of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University and optimizes investment in people by providing a stimulating environment for university employees by creating an organizational culture that adopts newer and better Practices in human resources.
